We are really looking forward to seeing this FBW bus again from Switzerland. The surprise entry dropped through the SHOWBUS letterbox on Saturday from Santino Frey in Opfikon. On reserching the vehicle on line we found we had met before at the Second Historiches Omnibus Europatreffen at Sinsheim in Germany. Part of that event was a parade to Speyer and back on the Saturday where we photographed the bus in April 2007. Thanks to Santino's entry form we now know the three door bus is an FBW BU518 5OU and the bodywork is by Ramseier & Jenzer built back in 1980. What we still do not know is who it worked for during its operating life. Something to find out at Woburn Abbey on September 20th.
