 Explorer Coachlines had their own 4x4 unit, SB58GB, a Scania bodied by Coach Design and seen out on the road as the day drew to an end back in March 2014. Picture ref A2002 |

 Acquired from Stonestreets was their Axor 1 (440TLT) another Coach Design bodied 4x4, but this time built on a Mercedes OH1833 chassis. The unit had been new to Outback Spirit Tours of Albury as their 2 (TC5466) in 2005, allegedly on a Mercedes Atego truck chassis. Explorer acquired it in 2016.

 Here is 25 at Rockleigh Tours' Diggers Rest depot in April 2018 with Victorian rego BS02QS. They acquired it from Explorer the previous year.

 A twelve year old Mitsubishi Rosa, 21 (XJH447) was seen in Adelaide in March 2018. Not long after it was replaced by a new 21 (SB25EP), a Fuso Rosa.

 AllStarr Coaches of Sydney 133 (SB63JQ) was a year old coach Coach Concepts bodied Volvo B9R seen at Railway Square in January 2016. The Volvo was later registered TV8965. By the end of 2020 the coach had been sold to Explorer Coachlines as their 36 (XS36DK).

 Outside Flinders Street Station on V-Line Easter rail work in April 2018 was Gillicks Motorcoach Classic III 12 (8421AO), which had been new to Explorer Coachlines as 28 (WNY128) in 2001. It has quite a history having been acquired by Gillicks from Topline in Brisbane, where it had been 2 (550KNZ). It was sold on to Group Charters of Berridale, NSW, with rego TV221C in 2025.
