 This unusual Roger Promero bodied Scania L94IB is seen in the Southern Cross Terminus in August 2008. The coach was new as Victoria Touring Coaches 1 (PRL583) in 1999, later with rego 1101AC, and, later still, renumbered as 25 (8225AO). It was sold to someone in Adelaide before joining Skylight as their 25 (5977AO). |
 The coach was seen again at the Melbourne Cup in November 2011 complete with the Skylight side long blue decal. It has since been withdrawn. |
 Seen alongside the Melbourne Exhibition Centre in November 2011 is Coach Design bodied Scania K124EB in V-Line livery. The coach had been new to Trotters as 12 (5457AO) in 2004 and became Skylight 26. |

 Seen in Southern Cross in January 2016 is Coach Concepts bodoed Volvo B7R 29 (9983AO). It was new in 2005 to Sunstate on the Gold Coast as their 46 (819TIN) passing to Swan Hill in 2014, where it gained its Victorian rego and kept it when acquired by Skylight.

 Also in Southern Cross bound for Ballarat on V-Line work in April 2018 was B&CI Gemilang bodied Mercedes OH1627 30 (5175AO), which had been new to Buslink in Darwin as 308 (MO1628), though Skylight acquired it from Jinshan Travel of Box Hill where it had rego 1068AC.

 In May 2018 many Victorian coach and bus operators staged a protest outside the state Parliament. Around twenty vehicles circled around the building bedecked with banners. Scania 26 - seen earlier in V-Line livery - has a large "DON'T TRUST LABOR" on the front, repeated on the side. Class W tram 983 passes on the City Circle. The companies were concerned about Labor's plans to take bus operators into state control. Since then many long standing family operators have pre-emptively sold their bus operations or lost them in the 2025 franchise arrangements.

 Southern Cross in February 2023 saw Irizar i6s bodied Scania K360IB, bought new in 2020 on V-Line work. The coach has been christened "White Knight" and a 20th anniversary logo on the door.

 On the Campbellfield depot forecourt in October 2025 is 18 (BS11GH), one of a pair of BCI Cruiser 9 coaches new at the beginning of 2024.

 Also on the depot forecourt that day was Sandhu's' Fuso Rosa BS00EZ, new to Bunyip Tours in 2007. Alongside is Skylight's very white Fuso 1 (XV72YL).

 Passing nearby was Coach Concepts bodied Volvo B7R 28 (9982AO), which had been acquired with 29 seen earlier. It was originally Sunstate 45 (818TIN) then Swan Hill 143.

 Seen at their Shepparton premises in January 2026 is 2 (BS13HO) on of the numerous Transperth Volgren CR225L bodied Mercedes O405NH scattered across the country. This was 1562 (TP1562), new in 2001.
