 The setting sun on Saturday evening only served to enhance the appearance of the exquisitely restored RM5. It and Arriva cinema RML2360 arrived early to be ready to promote and sell the video of RM5's recent restoration and sell the special EFE model of RM5. |
Another iconic London bus, RT1 (EYK396) was also present at SHOWBUS on a promotional basis. In this case it was promoting itself. It was part of a BUSES campaign to raise £150,000 to keep the classic vehicle in the UK. Accordingly it was displayed near the Ian Allan stand.
