First PMT Dennis Dart ex New World First Bus
Seen at SHOWBUS international 2001 was newly arrived ex New World First Bus Dennis Dart SLF 2066 (HY2116) still bearing its Hong Kong registration before entering service with First PMT as 40956 (S344SUX). Preparation of the Hong Kong buses, including removal of the centre door, took place locally to Duxford at Marshalls. The doors were later put back when the bus retired from service with First Bristol and passed to Dave Cole at Swindon, a preservationist fan of Hong Kong buses.

Seen arriving at Cobham in 2001 is First Manchester 3001 (K481EUX) a recently acquired tri-axle Leyland Olympian imported from New World First Bus in Hong Kong.

Sister vehicle First Manchester LM7 (FW3152)/3003 (K483EUX) appeared in full 'Barbie 2' livery at SHOWBUS international later in the year. The bus saw further service with both First Glasgow & First Eastern Counties.
