In the early sixties Essex was running out of registration numbers,
and hitherto unissued marks, OO and WC, were released. Hence OO9543 was the registration allocated
to the 'new' style Bristol MW/ECW 557 in 1962, seen here on a private hire in Langley, Bucks.
