Busy on a school run in Aylesbury is one of the two MkII Metrobuses, originally with West Yorkshire
PTE, which reached Motts Travel's Yellow Bus fleet via London Transport - the pair are registered
CUB539 & 540Y.

Motts' Yellow Bus own this Mark II Metrobus, CUB540Y. Its current life is primarily
as a school bus and it is seen outside Oxford Ice Rink, in more exotic company.

The last of the Yellow Buses! Seen in summer 2005 in the new yard in Aylesbury and still looking in remarkably good condition, is CUB539Y. The ex West Yorkshire MCW Metrobus Mk II was near the end of its days in Motts' ownership. |
