The original mainstay of the Yellow Bus doubledeck fleet, acquired primarily for service school runs from Stokenchurch and Princes Risborough to High Wycombe, were ex South Yorkshire PTE Rolls Royce Eagle powered Metrobuses. JHE141W was fleet number 1. The deckers also were required for contract services into Oxford on the 280 at evenings and weekends. The service which had required huge subsidy, when operated by City of Oxford, suddenly became commercial for most of the journeys at the point at which Oxford lost the contract. JHE141W is seen leaving Oxford Cornmarket on the last journey of the day, and the last day of Yellow Bus operation. The entire 280 Oxford-Aylesbury service passed to Arriva after that, when Arriva acquired the Motts operation.
