On Thursday & Saturdays Motts Yellow Bus operation took a bus on an Oxfordshire
County Council contract from Henley to Russells Water. The route climbed a
steep hill from Stonor to Russells Water via Maidensgrove where former Crosville
Leopard/Willowbrook ELL33 (DDM33X) is paused in what could easily pass for an
"enchanted forest".

From the enchantment of the forest the bus emerges in Russells Water at the top
of the hill to be greeted by meadows and few trees.

A number of Leyland Leopards were acquired from various sources to operate Yellow
Bus services as the network expanded. GGM96W is a former Alder Valley/Bee Line
Willowbrook bodied example, once used on Londonlink services. It is seen here
arriving for crew changeover at Stoke Mandeville bound for Aylesbury on the M1
service.
