Having made the trip from Ireland specially to Showbus 97,
CIE D839 was typical of the fleet of Van Hool McArdle bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68s in Dublin's fair city.
The bus was the focus of attention amongst the many Showbus exhibits, its VHMA body being a
rare site on this side of the Irish Sea.
