Having started operation with an ex East Kent AEC, the colour scheme has inspired the fleet. Big Bus present the smartest open toppers on London tours, as the pictures below show.

Big Bus Routemaster FPT593C
Darling of the fleet was this ex Northern General forward entrance Routemaster, FPT593C, one of the fleet of 50 non-London and forward entrance Routemasters built. Ironically it has gravitated to the capital in its final years. It is seen waiting to take up duties early in the morning in the Victoria area.
