Go North East Alexander Dennis Enviro400MMC Xlines 6354
It is thanks again to Paul McSherry for this week's Picture. Of all the big groups, Go-Ahead is certainly teh most colourfukl, retaining indvidual fleet liveries and deploying route branding. Probably a reaction to the straight jacket Tyne & Wear PTE livery imposed across the many fleets in the area pre-deregulation. Go-Northern adopted individual liveries for its north-east subsidiaries and route branding for the main fleet. One of the most striking and successful liveries has been the Xlines branding on the fast routes linking across the area. Here is Aleander Dennis Enviro400MMC 6354 (YX70OKO) on the X10 to Peterlee. Already Go-Ahead has had to discard its individual brands in Greater Manchester with route liveries, Middleton's Minis and Orbits already trashed by the Beeline Network.
We have thousands of pictures to choose from for our Picture of the Week but you are welcome to send in your own. If we do not feature it here, it may appear later in our picture gallery.
Ideally pictures should be 732 pixels wide and no more than 100kB.
