This Volgren CR222L bodied Volvo B10BLE was relegated to driver training duties when seen at Port Adelaide depot in late December 2025. New to Melbourne Bus Link as 361 (PLQ079 then 0361AO) in 1999 it was ending its days as 1306 (SB09EX). The bus behind is ABM CB64A bodied MAN 18.220 277 (WZB277) of 2003.

A few minutes later 277 has moved and 1306 is in a line with red fronted B10BE 1365 (XS78AJ) at the other end, however this Volvo was new to Darwin as 117 (MO8.117) in 2002. Next to 1306 is one of the pair of Bustech XDi buses in the fleet, 1907 (SB94MT), both at Port Adelaide since 2017. More mundane in the fourth bus, one of the many Custom CB80 bodied Scania K320UB buses in the fleet, 1963 (SB05NF) of 2017.

With the New Year a day or two way, 71 (XS30JM), wishes "HAPPY NEW YEAR" to those passengers expecting a tram ride from Glenelg to the city but relegated to a bus replacement service departing a long walk from the normal stands in Glenelg! With franchise changes in Melbourne Dysons conveniently had some buses surplus to requirements which Adelaide Metro acquired to cover their trams whilst track maintenance took place over Christmas and beyond. This Volgren CR228L bodied B12BLE was 771 (3158AO) in Melbourne, but was new to Reservoir as their 48 in 2006. A few decals disguised its origins.
