 First port of call on the Peninsula is Mount Eliza. Service buses reach the town centre and do a U-turn. The two tour buses paused here for a few minutes, 730 on the left and 136 on the right.

 Next stop was Safety Beach where potographers could get pictures of the buses dipping under the entrance to Marina Cove. Search our YouTube channel for videos taken on the day. Here 730 rests by the Beach. Whilst 136 has been sold off, 730, dating from 2002 was still in the fleet at the beginning of 2024 at Rosebud depot.
