Whilst the 1979 delivery was again of Fleetlines with Alexander bodies, the name on the badges had changed to Leyland. 159 (ERU159V) partnered the Wright Eclipse Gemini, 180, to Eastbourne for that municipality's centenary. It is seen on the sea front in the display which included many buses from the remaining municipal operators.

Alexander bodied Fleetline 172 was still in service at the end of 2001, seen on layover just off the Square.

It was seen in company with identical Fleetline 174 (MFX174W). Both were coping with the pre Christmas
shoppers.

An earlier photo showed 132 in service with 131, but this 2006 view shows the bus with its new owner, car tyre reatiler, Falken. Virtually retaining the bright Bournemouth yellow livery, the bus was part of several stands at the 2006 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The bus was an integral part of Falken's stand at Goodwood with its yellow bulk acting as a beacon for visitors and probably detracting from the car in the foreground!
