East Lancs often produced special vehicles and this coach bodied Volvo Citybus is typical of those. Fully liveried as a member of the Yellow Coaches division, the vehicle has been caught on a private hire job: 200 (D200ELJ).
 
Bournemouth Corporation Leyland Titan PD3
Preserved 147 (YLJ147) is a Weymann bodied Leyland Titan PD3/1 and is seen at the Southsea Rally alongside Alder Valley 935 (MPM390P), an all over advert for local radio station "radio 210".
 
Bournemouth Yellow Buses Leyland Olympian
Also at Southsea in 1982, but not preserved, is new Marshall bodied Leyland Olympian 182 (TJT182X) alongside oddity 95 (GTP95X), a Wadham Stringer bodied Dennis Lancet of local operator Portsmouth City Transport. Both vehicles had prematurely short lives with their owners.
