Reading Buses continues to invest heavily in the latest equipment. Euro 6 hybrid efficient Enviro400H models from Alexander Dennis' MMC programme joined the fleet recently in large numbers to take over newly branded Emerald routes 5 and 6. Amongst several in house slogans on the amidships advertising panels is one which suggests waiting time has been eliminated with the high frequency of the combined Emerald routes. This is Reading's 771 (YY15OYN) seen in St Mary's Butts in the town centre on Thursday.
